What is the quality of your watches?
We offer models in both Japanese and premium Swiss quality.
What is the difference between Swiss and Japanese quality watches?
The difference between Swiss and Japanese quality watches lies in the type of steel used, as well as the manufacturing process and machinery employed. Japanese quality models use 316L steel, whilst Swiss quality models are crafted from 904L steel, which is significantly more resistant and offers superior protection against rust and corrosion — though it is also more complex and costly to work with. Swiss quality models are produced on machinery that meets Swiss technological standards, resulting in greater precision and finishing quality.
Can you send me additional images of the model I am interested in?
As we receive a high volume of enquiries — including from competitors — we provide additional images exclusively to existing customers.
Does the seconds hand sweep smoothly or tick?
Yes, the seconds hand sweeps smoothly at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour (bph).
Will I receive a tracking number?
Once your order has been processed within 1–2 business days, we will send your tracking number by email. We will also keep you updated via the phone number provided. Current delivery time is approximately 8–15 working days in total.
Do the watches have ceramic bezels?
Yes — where the original model features a ceramic bezel, our version does too.
Does the watch come with original packaging and papers?
Every watch purchased from us is delivered in a premium gift box.
How long does delivery take?
Once payment has been received, your order will be processed in our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Shipping thereafter typically takes a further 8–15 working days. Please note: in exceptional circumstances, such as during periods of high warehouse demand, processing time may extend to up to 8–15 days.
What type of crystal do you use?
All our watches are fitted with highly resistant, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.
Can I pay by VISA or MasterCard?
We recommend payment methods such as MoneyGram or Western Union, as Visa and MasterCard policies include restrictions for our product category. Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover are however available periodically. If a payment option is not currently displayed, please try again at a later time.
Do you deliver to my country?
Due to current logistical restrictions, we are unable to ship to all countries. If your country is not selectable during checkout, unfortunately delivery there is not currently possible.
What movement do the watches use?
Depending on the quality grade selected, our watches are fitted with either Japanese or high-grade ETA Swiss movements.
Are the watches water-resistant?
Swiss quality watches are water-resistant. Japanese quality models are splash-resistant only — we recommend not swimming or showering whilst wearing these models. Submersion in water will void the warranty.
