Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days and standard delivery takes 5 to 8 working days across the UK. Due to the high demand for our designs, some orders may occasionally take a little longer to fulfil, but we always work to get your watch to you as fast as possible and always within the stated timeframe. The moment your order is despatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

We stand behind every watch we make. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have 60 days from the delivery date to return your order. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the return.
